We only have access to the same refund information that you see on the IRS website. Once we submit a return and receive the acceptance acknowledgment from the IRS we will have no other information related to your return until it’s either released or the IRS sends a letter. If your return was rejected for any reason, we would know right away and be in contact with you to correct any issues and resubmit. If you are seeing “processing” under the status then you know your return has been accepted and is out of our hands at that point.
