Sending your documents to have your return prepared remotely?
Please read below BEFORE submitting your documents

· We do not offer a specific appointment time for remote service. We work on remote returns at various times of the day. Communication is done by email for the most part.

· Once you send your documents you will be sent the estimated cost of preparation. We do not offer free estimates so this fee will need to be paid before we begin the process. 

· We charge an additional $40 for our remote service. It takes considerably more time to finalize a remote return compared to our in-office service.

· Please send all of your documents in one message. Please DO NOT send us a few documents and say something like “Here are a few documents, I will send the others as they arrive in the mail” Only send your documents once you have everything. Not sure if you have everything? See the link at the bottom of this list.

· Answering the following questions in your first message will greatly speed up the process. Have any of these changed since last year: address, spouse, dependents, bank account info (for direct deposit)? Please let us know in the notes section when sending your initial message and documents.

· Once we have all of your documents and have received your payment we will begin to prepare the return. We will follow up via email with various questions. We will not submit your return until we have reviewed the figures with you and answered your questions.

· Once we send you your final copies via our secure portal, please make sure to download the PDF file within a few days of receiving the secure link. Our portal links expire after 3 days for security purposes.
